為了讓大家對瑜珈更熟悉,10/10 HOPE 與 Be Earth 會攜手引導你逐步養成堅持練習瑜珈的習慣,由基本步做起,建立專屬的瑜珈日常,讓你體驗它對生活、力量的改變,於新一年重啟健康之旅。


➊ 訂立清晰的目標

首先為你的瑜珈練習設定明確且現實的目標,認真思考為何要將瑜珈融入生活,以及你希望實現的目標。無論是想將瑜珈變成每天的運動習慣、提高肌肉靈活性、減輕壓力或增強整體健康,擁有明確的目標能夠幫助你在練習中保持積極和專注力。


➋ 由淺入深

開始養成新習慣時,必須由簡單的步驟做起,逐步加深難度。從一些簡單的伸展開始,例如每天在辦公室或睡前做510分鐘的伸展,隨著身體適應不同的動作,再逐漸增加時間與強度,讓你以更自在的狀態慢慢讓它成為日常。


制定練習時間表

為你的瑜珈練習制定一個常規的練習時間表並堅持下去,無論是早上、午休時間或晚上,找到最適合你的時間尤其重要!不讓自己因懶惰而放棄,把它視為與自己的約會,並放於優先順序,這樣就能以自身健康為生活重心,逐漸養成不得不做的好習慣。

 


➍ 尋找志同道合的練習伙伴

找到一間能滿足你需求的瑜珈教室,例如方便的地點、教學氛圍、合適的課堂時間表,以及一位擁有共同目標的瑜珈伙伴來見證你的進步和共享練習成果,能在你最需要的時候提供支持與鼓勵。


➎ 嘗試接觸不同類型的瑜珈

為了讓練習過程保持新鮮感,你可以探索不同風格和變化的瑜伽課程,例如哈達瑜珈、流瑜珈、高溫瑜珈或頌缽,從而發掘你喜歡的類型。同時,亦能在練習中加入新的姿勢、更換順序或冥想方式,以維持練習的熱情。
